925 Sterling Silver

925 sterling silver is made from 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining 7.5% typically consisting of other metals like copper to enhance its durability. This composition provides a beautiful shine while being strong enough for everyday wear. Tarnish-resistant when cared for properly, sterling silver maintains lasting value and is hypoallergenic, making it a great choice for those with sensitive skin. It’s an excellent option for those seeking high-quality silver jewellery that can stand the test of time.

14ct Gold Filled

14ct gold-filled jewellery is created by bonding a thick layer of 14-carat gold to a base metal and must contain at least 5% solid gold, offering 100 times more gold than gold-plated options. Tarnish-resistant and ideal for everyday wear, it provides a more affordable alternative to solid gold while still offering lasting value. Additionally, it is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for most skin types, and is an excellent choice for those seeking a cheaper alternative to gold jewellery.

9ct Solid Gold

9ct solid gold is made from 37.5% pure gold, with the remaining 62.5% composed of other metals like copper or silver to enhance its strength and durability. This combination provides a rich, timeless gold color and makes it ideal for everyday wear. Tarnish-resistant and long-lasting, 9ct gold retains its value over time and is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for most skin types. Due to its higher price point, 9ct solid gold is an investment piece, guaranteed to last, offering both elegance and durability that can be cherished for a lifetime.

The Process....

01

Pick a chain & optional charms

The fun begins! Choose from our large variety of chains and charms in different materials. Try them on, mix and match, and find the perfect style that speaks to you.

02

Measuring & finding your perfect fit

Next, we’ll measure your chain and adjust it for your ideal fit—whether you prefer it snug or a bit loose. If you're adding charms, we’ll weld those on too, making sure everything feels just right before moving on.

03

Protective patch

Time to pop on some cool goggles to protect your eyes from the spark! We place a protective patch between the jewellery and your skin, ensuring you're all set for the next step.

04

The weld ⚡️

This is where the magic happens! We zap the closed jump ring together in under a second—don’t worry, it doesn’t hurt (and yes, we get asked that a lot!). We then trim any excess chain and do a stress test to make sure everything is secure.

05

Voila! ✨

Your beautiful, welded jewellery is ready for you to cherish forever! You’ll also receive your own certificate and polishing cloth as a special touch to complete the experience. See, that was quick, wasn’t it? The whole process takes about 10 minutes—the hardest part is picking your perfect chain and charm!

  • What if my jewellery breaks?
We make sure your jewellery is welded securely by performing a stress test, so it’s built to last through everyday wear. However, if something unexpected happens and it does break, don’t worry! Just get in touch, and we’ll re-weld it for you.
  • Is welding safe?
Absolutely! Our welding machine is operated by a trained jeweler, guaranteeing a smooth and secure experience for you. Your safety is our priority!
  • Can I wear my jewellery in the shower, pool, sea, etc.?
Yes! Although repeated chlorine exposure isn't ideal, giving your bracelets a nice wash with soap and a soft toothbrush alter your pool day, is recommended to keep your jewellery looking amazing!
  • Can I return, change, or get a refund?
All of our jewellery is personalised and tailored to each individual, which means we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Each piece is cut to size and made just for you, ensuring a unique and special experience.
  • Can welded jewellery be removed?
Yes! While we adore the seamless design, if removal is necessary, simply cut the weld point with sharp scissors. Keep the chain for rewelding at £7 for silver and £9 for gold.
  • Will my jewellery tarnish?
No don't worry! Your permanent jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials (9ct solid gold, 925 sterling silver, and 14ct gold-filled), all of which are tarnish-resistant. However, sterling silver may need a little polish from time to time to maintain its shine. But don’t worry, we’ll provide you with a polishing cloth to keep it looking as good as new! No plated jewellery here! ❌
  • Can we add charms?
Yes! Personalise your piece with our charming selection of charms before we weld it together. Add as many charms as you'd like to create a uniquely customised piece.
